SHIPPING POLICY
1. Main shipping method
- We provide you with a variety of shipping choices. During the checkout process, the available shipping options and corresponding delivery times will be displayed.
- Orders will be completed in 1 to 3 business days. Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, is when we normally ship.
- Shipping time: 7–15 days. However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping cost
The costs for standard shipping are $15 for all orders.
We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.
3. Returned to sender packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Dragonstyle by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
4. Shipping issues
If you are experiencing delivery issues, please file a claim with the carrier. We are not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping.
