Returns

In the unfortunate event that a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered to you, customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a refund. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to refund your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there is damage or defect to the item or the wrong item was received, the customer must provide a photo of the item received showing the problem and contact us within 3 days of receipt via [email protected]. Once we review this information, a refund will be issued based on evidence provided by the customer.

Refund

Customers may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, in the unfortunate event that a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Refund method

Once we receive your return and review it, we will notify you via email of receipt of your return, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Order cancellations

Once an item has been purchased, we may not be able to cancel the order immediately. Once purchased, you have 24 hours to cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Outside of this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “Shipped by the Brand” status.
